Citizen + access to Adult discussion
The Adult discussion area becomes available to Citizens with 200 posts after 60 days of membership.
Of note though, the games forum doesn't contribute towards the post counts for moving up levels.
Comments
should note that this all depends on Active Citizenship a well, and above is just the automated system.
I want to be a citizen----like in the Greek City-States!
Thanks for the clarification

Does the "Site Discussion" forum count? (I've posted a fair bit there.)
Bug report:
In my comment above, I tried to use the normal quote feature, editing the quote to contain only the above sentence.
But then, when I clicked "Post comment", I got an error message saying, "You do not have permission include links, images or media in posts. All new members must participate for a time and demonstrate civility before gaining these Membership privileges and then Citizenship."
But my message did not contain links, images or media -- just a quote.
Since I couldn't use the normal quote feature, I used an ad hoc quote instead.(
Yes they count and it's great to have input there

Only if I allow it.
I will allow it.
Joke.
Updated
Are the comments in Random counted towards moving up?
Yes they are
Thoughts on this?
I don't see why they shouldn't be.
For the games forum, not counting posts there makes sense, because posts there are more like taking turns in a game than they are like posts on other subforums.
With random discussion though, you're still making standard comments and posts just as you would on any other subforum, so I personally see no good reason to discount posts from there.

I agree, Random has discussions that can contain quality posts, it's definitely not really conducive to spamming or "farming".
And I think it's easier for new members to engage there in a more relaxed manner until they get access to more forums.
Good reasoning.
Done!
