A bit about me, myself and I as a hello there! :-)

Greetings!

I'm a 49 year old male who is very happily single and lives in England.

I have Asperger Syndrome, Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizures and Schizotypal Personality Disorder.

My all inclusive focus of interest is the metaphysics and psychology of experientially embodying consciousness as transcendental awareness ~ so as to facilitate and affirm an improving quality of life.

Back in 2016, I chose my avatar-image and user-name to portray my tendency to think so deeply about doing one thing ~ that I end up to my head immobilised by the sedimentations of so many other undone things!

So thank you for reading, have a good one ~ and may it lead to many many more! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Yes I am the same "Deepthought 7" at WP, and I was at first a week or so back a bit confused by you having a different avatar image and user name ~ what with your indefatigable style of posting being indelibly distinctive and all that!

I have been with great interest reading your posts on giving up Caffeine ~ with recollections aplenty as I had to give it up myself 23 years back.

    How are you keeping?

    Hello Deepthought,

Glad you are here to add to the discussions.

I would like to hear more about the other consciousness experimental stuff - is that meditation? A higher awareness?

Perhaps we could get a thread going in science tech and psychology ?

There was a similar one on one website "For We Are Many!" which was pleasantly menacing for an occult website, but "Me, myself, and I." is rather amenable for the intellect ~ if not fetching for the curiosity.

Maybe someone who struggles with imagining screen names will see your post and call themselves as such.

It would be a bonus somewhat!

It is a delight to be welcomed here by you too! Bonus!

Have you been keeping well and canoeing at all much lately through the wilderness of your garden or at least the planetary one? ๐Ÿ˜€

  • ^You remembered! I am so flattered. I have some gardening stuff posted here.

In WP the gardening thread has a bit about my canoe trip to the Buffalo River in Arkansas in October. I should post some pictures here. It is just difficult for me to work with photos, get them loaded to imgur, resized and placed. ie, I can't do it from my ipad lying in bed. :-)

Well I actually read that thread here about a week or so ago, so it was rather fresh in my memory at the time of writing, but at the time I was recalling most particularly that you rather liked my informative nature and passion for a good discussion.

I was also recalling I think the first discussion we participated in together on the subject of neurotypical people being disabled rather than ourselves ~ with me stating that it was more a case of everyone being 'otherwise enabled', as people have to be able in the first place to become disabled through illness or accident ~ such as with amputations and all that.

You then added with a similar opinion several posts later that the paradigm needed to be shaken up, as everyone has something to offer.

I just used 'my canoe trip to the Buffalo River in Arkansas in October' to search for your thread on Wrong Planet; found the link for it right away which was an infinitely massive surprise as I normally have to trawl through loads and loads of them ~ but upon tapping on the link the new screen-tab read 'Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead' ~ and I was deterred from going any further.

Ah well, your arising, photographic resizing and posting here is keenly being anticipated! ๐Ÿ‘

Well along with doing hefty amounts of specialist coffees, standard coffee and tea, and at least two litres of coke a day ~ I was using caffeine tablets (yellow things called Pro Plus) to stay awake during the day, due to only only sleeping a few days every week or two.

Then the kidneys started packing in, and I started noticing the backache and went to the Doctor.

Had an examination, had some tests and left and returned as requested.

The Doctor told me I was at death's door and that just stopping caffeine could kill me, so I went for it.

I was avidly suicidal at the time.

Then the worst pain of my entire life resulted with a head to toe migraine as a hangover, which was basically like fierce cramp in every bone, muscle, organ and nerve, along with the definitive sense that there was red hot burning gravel between every bone, muscle, organ and nerve ~ all of which lasted for about three weeks.

The pain got going over about three days and faded over about four, then I felt numb, bloated and fat for about a week or so.

    So all compact and bijou.

You are so honest. I really appreciate that. As I recall, I was terribly impressed with your mind and ability to articulate the issue. I work with people with developmental disabilities and most do not have attributes that most people consider valuable. I have known some of them for 20 years and they all have their loveable, valuable abilities. Even the ones with profound physical and intellectual disabilities.

So, I have posted a few photos from the Buffalo River in "Anything goes" and my garden in the gardening thread. Your interest prompted me to post the photos. I do have a problem with them and they may be too big, but I couldn't get the smaller photos to upload. I suppose I could also work on my avatar. ๐Ÿ™‚
