Officially a geriatric!

 Was 66 on the 15th.  The last  15 months  has seen a slight decline in physical health -falls resulting in reduced mobility,atrial fibrillation, swollen legs and feet -will be getting compression stockings. On Tuesday was told I have osteoporosis. Apparently there's a genetic link between it and schizophrenia.

Thankfully I'm doing quite well mental health wise, and cognition is still good.

I think they used to think it was an environmental link.
